| We were both very disappointed as the pool was always full of children/babies that were obviously not staying in the Hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and on numerous occasions looked but it was always full. As the reason for our visit was a weekend break not just travelling through, we again were disappointed as it was such a small room, smaller than a Travel Lodge, but a lot more money. The geese & the pond were nice though. |

| I booked a room for 2 adults and a child. But upon arriving I found out we'd only been given a double room. Luckily there was one spare family room available. So, make sure you specifically book a family room if you don't want to trample your child in the middle of the night because they had to sleep on the floor at the side of the bed!
The staff were very helpful in sorting that out for us. The room was nice and clean, good choice of channels on the TV (including CBeebies - very important!) |

| We used this as a one night stop whilst visiting our family in Bristol. The Hotel was fine until 3.00am when a wedding party broke up. We were woken by drunken revelries in the corridor. There is nothing worse than drunk people trying to keep quiet. The hotel was good just the customers who let it down. |

| Good hotel. Rooms are good size. Quality of restaurant is good but pricy. Closer to UWE campus, good distance from city center |

| An excellent hotel with polite and obliging staff and good facilities. I have no complaints about this hotel at all it is very convenient if you are passing thru and does have a bit of a motel feel to it but that is not necessarily a criticism. it is more a stopping off place or better standard business hotel and not somewhere for a romantic break.
The standard room I had was just fine but a little on the small side which was ok for one night but I would recommend a larger room if you were staying longer. |

| Fantastic hotel. Very friendly staff and brilliant facilities. Unbelievably comfortable bed.
We only stopped the one night but we had a lovely stay. |

| Good value for money for overnight stay. Room small but very clean, and warm, nice garden,free parking. Swimming pool is very small but can be used as a hot bath. The only exception is the breakfast, very expensive £13,50 for a very basic choice.

| The hotel is located conveniently to the University of Western England, Bristol Business Centre, and MoD Abbey Wood. The only negative aspect to the room is that the bed was so large that sitting at the desk was impractical/uncomfortable. I will be staying there frequently, however, by choice, as the quality and convenient location far outweigh the minor inconvenience of the room layout. |

| Good location, just off motorway. Double room small but sufficient for one night. |
